Muscle Power Oatmeal
Start the day off strong with this delicious Muscle Power Oatmeal. The Muscle Power oatmeal is perfect dish to eat before or after a workout as it increases energy levels and supports muscle growth. Do you ever mix protein powder in your oatmeal?
You will need the following ingredients:
- 20-40 gr Muscle Power Mix (pea and rice protein, maca, lucuma and banana powder)
- 50-100 gr oats
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 25gr raisins
- pinch of cinnamon
- 150 ml water or plant-based milk
Tip: replace the raisins with dates and add a spoon of almond butter on top to make the dish even more special!
To do:
- Cook in a small pan on a low fire the milk, oats, apple, banana, cinnamon and raisins
- Serve the dish when it is warm and the oats are soft
- Sprinkle the Muscle Power on top, stir it through and enjoy!
Tip: soak your oats overnight in the plant-based milk to make it an even healthier dish
