- 40g Muscle Power Mix
- 75g oats
- 1 banana
- 4 medjool dates
- 1 tbsp. peanutbutter or almond butter
- coconut rasp
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender until you have a sticky dough
- Using your hands, shape the dough into round balls
- Roll them through coconut rasp until they are covered
SUPER TIP: Try rolling them in Chia seeds for extra protein
