Creamy Acai Bowl
Did you hear already about the Acai Bowl? At more and more breakfast places you can order them now! Did you know that you can also make your own Acai bowl within 5 minutes? Your Superfoods created this delicious recipe with the Forever Beautiful Mix that contains ingredients such as acai, maqui, acerola and blueberry powder. Did you know that Acai is the berry with the highest ORAC (antioxidant) value and that 5gr acai powder is equivalent to a handful of fresh acai berries?
Ingredients:
- 20 gr Forever Beautiful Mix
- 2 frozen bananas
- 50ml rice or coconut milk (or water)
- Optional: 1/2 cup mixed berries
- Toppings: fresh fruits, any nuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, cacao nibs, granola...
To do:
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add your favorite toppings
- Enjoy your Acai Bowl
