  • 20g Super Green Mix
  • 100 ml coconut water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful (frozen) mango
  • 1 handful pineapple
  • 1 handful of spinach


  • 1/2 a mango
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds


    • Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth
    • Pour into a bowl
    • Add toppings
    • Enjoy!

    SUPER TIP: Add a banana if the smoothie isn’t sweet enough
