Chocolate Ice-Cream
It might be cold outside, but is it really ever to cold for some chocolate ice cream? I can assure you that for a real ice cream lover like me it never is... This recipe is dairy, nut, gluten and refined sugar free. It is healthy, super delicious and you can even eat it for breakfast if you feel like it!
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe frozen bananas
- 20-30 gr Chocolate Lover Mix
To do:
- Whenever you have some ripe bananas, peel them, cut them in smaller pieces and put them in the freezer. They have to be at least 12 hours in the freezer before you can use them to make ice cream.
- Take your frozen bananas out the freezer and let them warm up a little bit for about 15 minutes
- Mix the frozen bananas and the Chocolate Lover mix in the blender or food processor until a creamy ice cream consistency emerges
- Enjoy your ice-cream and don't forget you can always add toppings like nuts, seeds, fruits and dates!

This is just one example of a recipe where you can use the Chocolate Lover Mix. There are many other delicious recipes that you can create. The Mixes can be added to your smoothies, yoghurt, juices, water, muffins, ice-cream or salads!
