• 5g Voor eeuwig mooie mix
• 150 ml amandelmelk
• 50g bevroren mango
• 25g rolled oats
• 1 1/2 frozen bananas
• 1 handful red berries

RICHTINGEN:

• Doe alle ingrediënten in een blender en meng ze tot een gladde massa.
• Giet het mengsel in een kom.
• Geniet ervan!
