INGREDIENTS:

• 10g Forever Mooi Mix
• 3 dates
• 2 small bananas
• 1 hand full of spinach
• 1 el. tahini
• 1 tbsp. flax seeds
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• a few fresh mint leaves

RICHTINGEN:

• Meng alle ingrediënten in de blender tot een gladde massa.
• Giet in een glas
• Geniet ervan!
