SUPERFOOD BERRY ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 tbsp Forever Beautiful mix
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 frozen ripe banana
• 3 tbsp coconut milk
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

• Blend all ingredients in a food processor or highspeed-blender until smooth.
• Scoop into a bowl and add some toppings if you like (for example shredded coconut and berries). Enjoy!
