For the last couple of months, I’ve been travelling A LOT. Since we moved to Venice to build a second office here, we’ve been flying back and forth between Berlin and L.A. … and I developed a little healthy travelling regime over the time which I would love to share with you.

My top tips are:
1. Superfood Shots
The easiest solution for an instant boost of vitamins and minerals: mixing the superfood mixes with water! I love to do that whenever I feel like I need a boost of energy and nutrients! Check out this blog post for my favorite superfood shots.
2. Adding nutrition to plain food
Plain foods (like oats and rice) are a great staple for travelling, especially if you're trying to save money. You can spice things up by adding some Chocolate Lover or Power Matcha to your oats – tastes 100x better and enriches your meal with important nutrients.
3. Prepping ahead
You can prep food ahead to have a healthy snack with you at all times. I like to do this before a flight, so I don’t get hungry and munch on processed foods instead. My go-to snack for travelling are these Matcha Balls!
4. Drinking lots of water
Staying hydrated is so important, especially when travelling by plane and to hot destinations. Drink up on the H2O to replenish your body and stay energized and healthy. Tip: Add a tbsp of Forever Beautiful to make your own beauty water!
