Berry Energy Booster (smoothie, vegan, paleo)

Drink this Blueberry Energy Booster in the morning or in the afternoon when you need a real energy boost to either start your day or to keep going. The guarana powder in the Energy Bomb Mix contains naturally caffeine, which is slowly released into the body. As guarana contains 2.5x more caffeine then coffee, it really boosts your energy, alertness and concentration levels significantly! In addition,  acai berries found in the Energy Bomb Mix and the added blueberries ensure that you also consume your daily boost of antioxidants. Try this smoothie to experience a real berry boost yourself!

Ingredients:

• 150ml (coconut) water
• 1 large frozen banana
• Handful frozen blueberries
• 30gr soaked cashew nuts (at least 30 minutes)
• 100gr organic dates
• 20-30gr Energy Bomb Mix powder (includes Acai, Banana, Guarana, Maca and Lucuma powder)

* Tip: add other antioxidant rich berries like strawberries, raspberries and blackberries to mix it up! 

To do: 

• Mix all the ingredients for 1-2 minutes in a high speed blender
• Enjoy this delicious smoothie!
