Anti Hangover Smoothie

Okay, so you had a drink too much yesterday. And now you're dealing with the consequences: A hangover. Do not despair – we got your back with the ultimate anti-hangover smoothie! What you need now is a good dose of potassium. Because when dehydrated we don't only use water but electrolytes, too. Get 'em back by fueling up on potassium-rich foods like bananas, kiwi and spinach. Even better: Add coconut water! It has 5 of the electrolytes found in human blood – most sports drinks have 2. Another tip: To calm down your upset stomach and combat that nauseaus feeling, incorporate some ginger! Add some extra greens with our Super Green Mix, blend everything into a nice big smoothie and you're one step closer to getting rid of that nasty hangover!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15g Super Green Mix
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

DIRECTIONS:

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Enjoy!

 SUPER TIP: Use frozen banana to make the smoothie super refreshing and creamy!
