Hummus is one of our favorite things. EVER! Did you know that you can make it even more awesome by adding a scoop of the Muscle Power mix? Adds a lot of protein, as well as valuable nutrients, fiber and all the good stuff!

The blend of rice and pea protein, maca, banana and lucuma contains all essential amino acids and 60% highly absorbable protein.

This easy hummus dip tastes amazing with veggie sticks, on toast or on top of your lunch salad!

PROTEIN HUMMUS DIP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Muscle Power mix
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • A splash of water

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Blend all ingredients in your food processor until creamy.
    • Transfer to a small bowl and add some more lemon juice and spices if you like.
    • Dip your favorite veggies in it and enjoy!

     SUPER TIP: Use the Skinny Protein mix instead of the Muscle Power for a green option!
