It's a no-cook method of making oatmeal – so instead of cooking your oats with liquid on the stove, you simply combine oats with liquids and other add-ins, and let it rest in the fridge overnight to soak up all the goodness.

POWER MATCHA OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Power Matcha
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 80g (gluten-free) oats
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • the juice and zest of 1/2 lime

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
  • Add some more toppings if you like and enjoy!
