This light green smoothie will give your body exactly what it needs after a strenuous workout. And don't let the green colour scare you off... it's really delicious! But feel free to add more fruit if you're a green smoothie newbie.
Enough rambling, here's the recipe!
POST-WORKOUT SKINNY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
- 15g Skinny Protein Mix
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 banana
- 150ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
