Which is why I love these peanut butter cup overnight oats! You get the same chocolate-y, peanut buttery taste, plus a boost of powerful superfoods from our Chocolate Protein mix.

Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats

Serves 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Protein mix
  • 250ml plant-based milk
  • 60g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • toppings (optional)
Directions:
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a jar.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to eat, add toppings (if using) and enjoy!
