HOW TO USE CHIA SEEDS
1. IN HEALTHY JAM
INGREDIENTS:
15g Forever Beautiful Mix
1 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Mash the raspberries with a fork and add the Forever Beautiful Mix, the chia seeds and maple syrup.
Combine well and let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours, so the seeds can soak up the liquids.
