CHOCOLATE OATMEAL
SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE
Ingredients:
1 tspMagic Mushroom mix
½ banana, sliced
350ml plant-based milk
100g oats
3 tbsp chopped dates
1 tbsp almond butter
toppings (optional)
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients (except theMagic Mushroom) in a small pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning or sticking.
Remove from heat and stir in the Magic Mushroom mix.
Pour into a bowl and add toppings, if desired, and serve.
