BEETROOT SMOOTHIE

Hate beetroot? This beetroot smoothie will change your mind!

Have you ever tried adding beetroot to your smoothies? No? Well, it's about time! 

Paired with oranges, lime, blueberries and our Forever Beautiful mix this beetroot smoothie will change your mind about vegetables in smoothies!

Those earthy root vegetables not only add great nutritional value to your smoothie, but they also add a beautiful deep purple color.

BEETROOT SMOOTHIE

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE

Ingredients:

• 3 tsp Forever Beautiful mix
• 100ml water
• 2 oranges (peeled)
• 1 small (cooked or raw) beetroot, peeled and chopped
• 1 handful blueberries
• ½ lime, juice

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
