It will only take you 2 minutes to whip up this delicious dip that is perfect after any workout or as a healthy snack in between. For this dip we used our Skinny Protein Mix which is a unique mix of Hemp Protein, Pea Protein, Alfaalfa, Spirulina and Moringa. It's called 'skinny' because it's very low in carbs and doesn't only provide you with a complete amino acid profile, but also with heaps of vitamins coming from the added superfoods.


  • 10g Skinny Protein Mix
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 spring fresh rosemary (destemmed)
  • 1/2 small shallot
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper


    • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend the mixture until smooth.
    • Enjoy with some crackers or veggies!
