POWER MATCHA PANCAKES

VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE

You love pancakes? You love matcha? Well, we have good news for you then. These pancakes made with our Power Matcha Mix are not only easy to make but also super delicious and healthy.

Our Power Matcha Mix is an excellent source of antioxidants, natural caffeine, and essential minerals.It helps you to support your immune system too – perfect for this time of the year!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10g Power Matcha Mix
  • 1 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2 cups plant-based milk 
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. flax seeds
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

TOPPINGS:

  • Coconut yogurt
  • Your favorite fruits

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Soak the flax seeds in 1 tbs.p water
    • Mix all the dry ingredients very well first
    • Add in your choice of plant-based milk
    • Stir everything into a smooth, thick batter
    • Use a non-stick pan and bake your pancakes until they're nice and fluffy
    • Add toppings
    • Enjoy!
