GREEN DETOX SALAD

this is a healthy detoxing salad since greens contains a lot of fiber, minerals and vitamins, such as vitamin C and A, which have many health benefits such as giving your immune system a boost and making sure that you have healthy bones and healthy teeth. Greens may also help protect you from heat diseases and diabetes- more reasons to eat your daily greens!

SALAD INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g romain salad
  • 50g alfalfa sprouts
  • 30g capers
  • 5 broccoli heads (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber 
  • 1 handful coriander 

DRESSING INGREDIENTS:

  • 10g Super Green Mix
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1/2 zucchini 
  • 5 tbsp. water 
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Place all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix it together
    • Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in the blender for 30 seconds 
    • Enjoy!

    SUPER TIP: Add 30g cashews to make your salad more filling!
