What do you eat for breakfast when it gets colder outside? Sometimes I find a super green smoothie with fresh fruits just not satisfying enough. On the colder days I often crave some warm porridge. I tried many different recipes with apple, pear, berries, seeds, nuts, cinnamon…this porridge with banana and Chocolate Lover Mix is something different.
The blend of Cacao, Carob, Shredded Coconut, Chia Seeds and Lucuma powder make this mix is feel good superfood for healthy treats by helping to reduce tiredness and support digestion. Plus it tastes delicious!
- 30g Chocolate Lover Mix
- 50g oats
- 200ml coconut milk
- 25g raisins
- 1 banana
- Cook the oats, milk, banana and raisins in a small pan on a low flame
- Serve the dish when it is warm and the oats are soft
- Stir the Chocolate Lover Mix through and enjoy!
SUPER TIP: Replace the raisins with our organic sukkary dates and add a spoon of almond butter on top to make the dish even more special!
