POWER MATCHA CHIA BREAKFAST

Don't have  much time for a healthy breakfast? Need some energy and quick nourishing in the morning? We love our Power Matcha Mix in the morning because it's such a wake up kick. What we recently discovered is Matcha Chia Pudding!

It's super easy to prepare the night before and you can even make it for a few busy days ahead. Definitely a good alternative to the quick sandwich on the go.

Our Power Matcha Mix provides you with your daily portion of greens, long-lasting energy and antioxidant boost! Matcha (raw, organic green tea powder) is an excellent source of antioxidants, chlorophyll and caffeine.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10g Power Matcha Mix
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 4 tbsp. almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

TOPPINGS:

  • Raspberries

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Stir all ingredients, except for the berries and nuts, in a bowl (or tupper wear if you want to take it on the go)
    • Let it sit in the fridge for one hour.
    • Stir everything again and leave the bowl covered overnight.
    • The next day, add the toppings you like
    • Enjoy!
