chia power matcha porridge

You think that matcha is only good for drinks? We have to prove you wrong! This Chia Power Matcha Porridge gives you the needed energy for a busy day. You can prepare it the night before and be ready to go in a couple of minutes!



  • 5g Power Matcha
  • 3tbsp. chia seeds
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 5tbsp. oats
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1tbsp. agave syrup
  • handful berries


  • Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and stir.
  • Mix oats and coconut milk.
  • Let both soak for a couple of hours or overnight.
  • The next day add a tsp. of Power Matcha to the chia pudding.
  • Pour into a glass and layer with oat mixture and berries.
  • Sweeten with agave syrup.
  • Enjoy!

SUPER TIP: Replace the plant milk with coconut or soy yoghurt if you need to switch things up a bit!
