  • 100ml almond milk
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 banana

    I LOVE this smoothie! So quick and easy for busy mrionngs getting my kids and fianc ready. As a mother to almost one year old twins, this recipe is a great thing when we need to head out the door quickly
