  • 10g Super Green Mix
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 100g spinach
  • 2 peeled kiwis
  • 1/2 avocado
  • juice of 1/2 lime


    • Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth
    • Pour into a glass
    • Enjoy!

    SUPER TIP: Add some ice cubes to make your smoothie colder and tastier!

    I am dehydrating tons of grnees myself right now, and I am wondering how much you use at a time? For example, if you make a smoothie with 2 cups of stuff, would you use a teaspoon of your grnees? Or more? Thanks for posting!
