We've all used the excuse, 'I don't have time for breakfast!' and then we end up starving at the next bakery, indulging into something that certainly doesn't do us very good. These excuses are over now! Our delicious Muscle Power Overnight Oatmeal is made quickly, can be prepared days in advance, and is very healthy.

The Muscle Power Mix is a mix of both Pea and Rice Protein, Maca Root, Lucuma and Banana powder. All ingredients are organic, raw and of the best quality. The unique combination of different plant proteins makes the mix contain all essential amino acids. Maca and Lucuma are energy boosting and provide you with lots of vitamin C, iron, calcium, potassium and zinc. And it makes oats taste way creamier. Now doesn't that sound like the ideal breakfast? 


  • 10g Muscle Power Mix
  • 50g-100g gluten free oats
  • 240ml water or almond milk
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tbsp. full fat coconut milk


  • 1 tbsp. shredded walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup


  • Stir all ingredients in a bowl
  • Place the bowl in the fridge and leave overnight
  • In the morning stir it again
  • Enjoy!
